Refund & Cancellation

1. Cancellation Policy

At NaixturAI, we strive to be flexible. You may cancel your subscription or service contract at any time, subject to the terms of your specific agreement.

Subscription Services

Cancellations regarding monthly subscriptions must be made at least 3 business days prior to the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the subsequent month.

One-Time Projects

For custom development or consulting projects, cancellations are subject to the project contract clause. Generally, work completed up to the cancellation date remains billable.

2. Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our services. However, due to the nature of digital services and software development, our refund policy is as follows:

  • 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: For specific standardized SaaS products, we may offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. This will be explicitly stated on the checkout page for that product.
  • Service Defects: If a delivered service or product has material defects or fails to meet the agreed specifications, we will rectify the issue at no additional cost. If we are unable to do so, a partial or full refund may be negotiated.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Setup fees, consultation hours already used, and third-party license fees purchased on your behalf are non-refundable.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or cancellation, please submit a written request to our billing department via email.

"Please include your Order ID, Service Name, and the reason for the request in your email to speed up the process."
